    WRAP has a whole site dedicated to reducing food waste in the UK hospitality and food service sector

    Sections include:

    A series of information sheets to support businesses in the hospitality and food sector in taking action on food waste

    A resource centre for the Hospitality and Food Service sector with quick and easy ways of cutting down on food waste and saving money by doing so.

    An index of case studies showing great work that is taking place across the hospitality and food service sector to reduce food and packaging waste, and to increase recycling.

    A The Hospitality and Food Service Agreement is a voluntary agreement to support the sector in reducing waste and recycling more. The Agreement is flexible to allow any size of organisation to sign up, from multi-national companies to smaller businesses, from sector wholesalers/distributors to trade bodies.

    The Food Waste Recycling Hub contains case studies and a cost calculator tool to enable SMEs to establish the best options in terms of food waste recycling.
